What can be RPed with a hostile Navy ship approaching, I wonder? In most cases whether games or real life, hostile navy are engaged without warning. Given the limitations of the game and the commonly accepted rules, we are to drop 2 simple lines clearly indicating our engaging to begin fight, but to expect more than that, to my mind, is not the case - my imagination as to what to say the hostile navy is either RP offences (that quickly degrade to predictable and boring cliche phrases) or basically saying "shoot".

As I said, on behalf of QC I am sorry that such behaviour caused a negative reaction of the other side. As far as I remembered, we just scared off the cruiser in question and it did not even sustain damage (my memory might be failing me as it happened quite a while ago). I pledge to refrain from such behaviour of me or other members of QC in the future, but I definitely will not encourage some cringy lengthy RP with hostile Navy for sure.

I hope, as the voices of both sides have been sounded, the matter is settled. We in QC have learnt a lesson from it, but I also hope the other side has been familiarised with our point of view.
