My name is Valerian Aion, COO of the APM under Director J. Hammond. I am in charge of several Core and APM assets, communications, as well as lead for managing a wide range of trade deals and commodity exchanges. For the time being, I will be your contact within the APM.
As previously discussed with the representative of The Core, APM will be providing commodities in exchange for items of Maltese origin, especially Cardamine. I'm assuming this transmission has been made to keep track and logs of the exchanges we make, so, for now, please provide evidence of Cardamine deliveries to Invicta Research Station. The dockmasters have been ordered to give your vessels clearance to dock; in return we will dispatch APM miners to fill your transports with resources found in Omicron Delta and we will be sending over transports with materials requested.
