A: There will be quite a lot of changes in addition to the new House. That's one of the reasons why the release date was delayed. I cannot announce exact date now, but it would take months to complete, that's for sure.

A: Currently, we don't see any need for a player wipe related to installing the next mod version.
Yes, voiceover for all Gallic objects seems impossible to me right now. Too much work to do, and since this area of modding is largely unexplored by other modders, we'll most probably face unexpected issues.
There will be new traderoutes (that's obvious, isn't it?) but I ain't sure if there will be new commodity icons, which makes my capabilities a little limited. And yes, Gallia will have its own pirate groups, and while Gaians are probably not going to try their luck in a region much more dangerous than one they are operating in now, Outcasts will try to get their share of the pirate market, and probably even try to spread Cardamine in there.
