Abteilung I. After successfully bypassing the front lines in Honshu, I moved deeper into Kusari territory and to the lightly guarded Hokkaido system. Using a ping system, I drew the attention of an official GC representative who set out to meet me, Agent Chanai. It was a lengthy conversation and from the first moment they seemed concerned with another group within the Sisterhood, the Gen'an Chrysanthemums. After a while, Direktor Enfield also joined this meeting. ●

GC|Y~Amaririsu: I figured as much. I am aware of the recent.. pings. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I wanted to approach your movement for some time now. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Wasn't sure what would have been the *right* way to do that. GC|Y~Amaririsu: This is fine, got used to strange approaches. Hokkaido was a good choice to try and find us. Unlike the Rheinwehr you do not threat our own interests in Honshu. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Additionally, I was made aware of a certain "knowing each other quite well" between your Direktor and a certain Sister. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I would not call the Buro an enemy of us right now. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Gut, gut. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I am Agent Viktoria Landers, of the BDM. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: The Direktor has asked me to convey his greetings to "Red". GC|Y~Amaririsu: She's unavailable, but I suppose he expected this. She will receive her greetings. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: As for your statement that is correct. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: BDM has largely withdrawn from the front. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Supporting the incursion into Honshu is not part of our mission. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Alright. Good to get another clear statement on this. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We want to avoid any unnecessary complications BDM|Agt-V.Landers: So we want to inquire what is the GC doing in the Omegas. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Nani? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: More specifically ships bearing the GC- tag were spotted but they were not intercepted or interacted with. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Gen'an Cell. A new sub-cell which formed a good two months ago. They caused more issues than good so far. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Perhaps you have a good reason to be there. And the reason is not to support the Hessians, for example. GC|Y~Amaririsu: We do not wander into Omegas, they are very far out of our reach. GC|Y~Amaririsu: It's weird to hear about this, but I can guess a reason. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Oh, so you don't know what your fellow cell is up to? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Interesting. GC|Y~Amaririsu: They've been troubling the Blood Dragons over.. their choice of a logistical partner. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Said logistical partner operates in the Omegas too. GC|Y~Amaririsu: No, we do not. They try to keep themselves as far away from our commanding body as they can. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: And I suppose that partner is the Hessians? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Even worse. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: It can't be the Corsairs. You are enemies with them. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We won't mind if it's the IMG or Zoners either. GC|Y~Amaririsu: It's sensitive data, but it aren't the Hessians nor the Corsairs they deal with. This sub-cell almost managed to create hostilities between us and the Blood Dragons over a mere logistical partner, while unliked here they overexaggerated and risked things. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Gen'an individuals, in my opinion, are acting not on our behalf. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And I shall investigate why they went into the Omegas. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Perhaps you can tell us who this partner is? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We might be able to assist, given our familiarity with the region which I suspect GC lacks. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Given the current Daimyos don't make a secret out of it, the Blood Dragons recently contracted parts of the Coalition's logistical fleet. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Gen'an cell met them with outright violence, instead of abusing the situation in a more.. profitable way. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Caused a heated up discussion between the Dragons, this cell and us as you can imagine. GC|Y~Amaririsu: A shame, I actually wished to get my hands on Coalition weaponary for a few experiments.. oh well. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Coalition, mein Gott.. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Buro can do us a favor though. I suspect this wasn't the last time they wandered into Omegas. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: You know how dangerous these people are right? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Oh yes. Guess why they were supposed to be abused and then thrown out? Without the cell's interruption, we could have gained supplies -and- the destruction of logistical assets of the Coalition. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Well I am glad we are at least on the same page as you are. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: How can we help you exactly? BDM|Agt-V.Landers: We need to inflict a blow on this cell's reputation. GC|Y~Amaririsu: If you wonder why the Dragons went to contract such people? I would call it desperation. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Well, should I mention that they aided the slave market? GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Gen'an Cell, that is. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Oh dear. That goes against everything GC stands for. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Mmh, met an ultimatum by our side. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Tried to talk back but then accepted it. So far no sightings of them acting as middlemen for slavers after this. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Well. I am not sure what the Buro wishes to gain from damaging their reputation, but they undermined our ideology there and I fear they will do it again sooner or later. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And what can you do? Just keep an eye open for them in Rheinland or the Omegas. I still do not get why they went there. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: The Direktor insists on establishing some form of cooperation with your movement. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: So if you can assist you somehow, we will be glad to do that. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I figured as much. It's certainly possible. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Tracking the activities of the Gen'an cell where we can't have our eyes would be already a start. GC|Y~Amaririsu: The Buro's dealings were of a different nature than money. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Well, I am not particularly happy with this arrangement GC|Y~Amaririsu: But details were left out. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: You know the Cardamine Dons. They are not the best of people in Sirius. GC|Y~Amaririsu: But they are clever. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: They are indeed. GC|Y~Amaririsu: It's not hard to tell that they make good use of people's desperation when they can profitate from it. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I want to inquire.. How are your relations with the Auxesia? GC|Y~Amaririsu: In the past they have attacked the Blood Dragons and Kyoto directly. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Also they are suspected to be not as human as some think. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Did they have a reason? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Their reason was the Blood Dragons own choice whom to deal with and whom to keep out of here. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Also, it might be added that they do not enter Kusari space since years. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Their strikes found a sudden end, so they disappeared. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Good day Direktor. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Agent. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: This is an Agent of the Golden Chrysanthemums. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: It's been a bit since I've been out this far on a special relations purpose. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Direktor, this Agent told us that they suspect Auxesia is not "as human as some think". BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I think we should inquire deeper into this matter. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Thats... Worrying. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Others do so. Blood Dragons reason to try keep them out, which ended in the hostilities they had, based on this most likely atleast. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: I knew they were in the business of putting metal in their brains but, I don't like what you're implying either. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Do you know who does? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Most Dragons of this days fell silent. The origin of the data might be the Order. GC|Y~Amaririsu: We can attempt to obtain it. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: The Order are an unreliable source. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Sometimes I think they're just as bad as we used to be when it comes to information handling. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Its imbedded with political agenda. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Depends on the topic. One thing is for sure, Auxesia proved only unfriendlyness and mocking towards us. GC|Y~Amaririsu: And are generally not welcomed in Kusari. GC|Y~Amaririsu: By our knowledge pretty much noone welcomes them here. Political agenda is behind everything, dear. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: You know Direktor, scanning Auxesian engines during the meeting BDM|Agt-V.Landers: The readings were very inconclusive. They had many elements which human engines lacked. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Auxesia's methods of scientific advancement are just as dangerous as the Order. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Huh. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Sounds a bit like the Core too *She laughs* BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: But, they've not done anything towards the Federal Republic yet. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Despite attempting to damage the Blood Dragon movement, we are not aware of them trying to influence Kusari in any way. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I've heard "Bering" earlier. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I suppose that's where they operate? BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: No. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: They operate elsewhere, visited it once, tend not to want to go back. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: They are conducting military operations against the Unioners. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Yes, the Unioners have done quite a bit to piss them off. GC|Y~Amaririsu: They oppose the Blood Dragons structure of a Shogunate. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Uh, the Daimyos used to handle matters independently. There are few smaller clans or families supportive of the Blood Dragons too. GC|Y~Amaririsu: Can't say we have that many loose structures.. but Gen'an cell might still be causing trouble. We will see. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I see. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: So to wrap up. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: You want us to intensify our search operations in the Omegas. If we caught them in the act, you wouldn't mind if the Gen'an cell becomes a bit smaller, right? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Gen'an cell sightings all over your zone of operation. GC|Y~Amaririsu: If they do something.. pretty stupid. Like the slaves story. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I saw nothing then. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Slaves...? BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Probably enroute to Malta. GC|Y~Amaririsu: I suppose they will treat the Buro like any Rheinland authority anyways. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: or southbound, Direktor. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: The Maltese are not the only slave owners in Sirius. BDM|Dkt-Geoff;Enfield: Hessian space? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Malta, in the specific case we caught them at. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: Ja we would need that evidence, Chanai. BDM|Agt-V.Landers: I believe you can send them over the established communication we have set up? GC|Y~Amaririsu: Hai. The Golden Chrysanthemums wants us to politically damage the Gen'an cell as well as spy on them.
The Auxesia is hostile to the Golden Chrysanthemums and Blood Dragons.
The Golden Chrysanthemums suspect nomad infiltration within Auxesia. They said they could contact The Order for more information.
The Blood Dragons oppose cardamine but they tolerate Golden Chrysanthemums using the substance.
There are three clans operating within the Blood Dragons, Agent Chanai claims the Dragons are currently fractured.
If the Gen'an Chrysanthemums do something controversial, the Golden Chrysanthemums wouldn't mind if the Büro eliminates them.
Abteilung II. Within the same day, I performed the same pinging tactic on the Gen'an Chrysanthemums, and indeed one came to my location, in the Kanto field, behind Planet New Tokyo. The Kusarian identified herself as General Kiri.
She was more aggressive and hostile than her counterpart. That didn't dissuade me however and I confronted her about her group's activities. She denied everything, blaming that a conspiracy is behind this. Then I gave her a chance to present her case and indeed a few hours later the Büro received a communication from General Kiri in which I responded accordingly. All in all I can state that the overall mission was a success, successfully setting one cell against the other which can eliminate one of the enemies the Rheinwehr has to fight against in Honshu. ●
