The thread has devolved into mud throwing at this point, but I will continue to provide answers if you insist on continuing.

This new rush by various groups to have the staff enforce your will instead of doing so ingame and within your roleplay rights is disgusting and you should be ashamed for it.

We submitted the request because this applies to all users of the cell, rather than FR5 every single player who ups and uses them. We took a long term approach rather than taking down everyone who uses our tech without mercy. We tried to engage with Kalh despite the fact he made no attempt to contact us prior to penning the RP. Our feedback was not met very positively either. Seeing him using it in Bering (yes, oorply) triggered the decision that we needed to sort this out once and for all. Again, I must restate that we do not believe LN indies should use our caps (Dunkirk specifically) at 90%, especially when we have denied both [LN] and 5th| (recently in-fact).

You are suggesting we shut him down without mercy, the staff may provide an alternative solution that could work for him. I do not think you have the right to demand we use faction rights, do you?

This was picked up on by more than just you, but you were the latest so sorry, you are getting quoted. While I don't get to join every attack due to time zone and real life commitments, the ones I joined we did not use the 3 BC's mentioned previously. To my knowledge, we specifically, upon request by the 5th|, ordered no LN caps be used. As for those ships, firstly, one is [SIS] and not BAF, so no comment, secondly, there may have been confusion as to whether the LLBC is LN tech anymore, but I agree that is flimsy justification, so I agree they should not have taken part. I am sure some will argue that point either way.

It was not sanctioned, not recommended, not suggested. I would have stopped it if I were online.
