Hoff was on board the Kemosiri dealing with what seemed to be a loophole in the Omicron 100's security regarding trespassers, ordering more patrols within the systems to guard it's entrances and exists. His transmitter was currently turned off while he dealt with the work, until one of his crewman walked in to his office. "Sir, another transmission from the Xenos has arrived."
"Has it?!"
Hoff turned his comm unit back on and read through the transmission slowly, signaling his crewman to leave the room. The transmission had finally arrived about use of the Xenos bases within Liberty space to continue the orders to scan Liberty for more of a possible infestation.
The transmission read that wished for something in return, more specifically our weapons technology. Hoff face started to turn red in anger, there wasn't a chance they'd get access to the Nomad weaponry prototype. He read further, and started to calm again, they wished for a supplies for Supernova Antimatter Cannons along with our armor upgrades in return for docking, refueling, and resupplying privileges within Liberty on their three available bases.
Hoff read the transmission over again, and decided to make his reply.
