I came across a Xeno stopping a Freelancer transport of Kusarian origin hauling artifacts. As his ship was in poor condition and he could barely understand what he was being asked of, he was evidently a poor amigo lacking money. I gave him a generous offer of a million credits to save his life, but it seems he was unable to comprehend the demand. Well, it was hard to help him in that situation. I turned my attention to the Xeno who had called another in for backup and eliminated them both.
