Due to the sensitivity of this, I've come to deliver this myself.

The military have erected two modular stations (Vorposten Bake & Heddernheim Facility) within the most sensitive and critical areas Rheinland space and have yet to authorise access to BDM| vessels, despite the clear law line that states:

Article 7, Section 8.1 of the Laws of Rheinland Wrote:The station administrators have to ensure that the official law-enforcement authorities ([RM], BDM|) have docking rights all the time.

One of my agents took up the task to investigate this matter and as it is shown, the Military failed to provide a law-abiding reason to continue to restrict BDM access to the station. I even provided them a 24-Hour grace period to which they continue to disregard and still deny as their first response and as such voided that grace period.

As clearly stated by both me and my agent, there is no sub-clause to define any allowance for exception to this law, even to the Military. Even if there is a war on the front, people need to maintain law and order at home otherwise things go on unchecked. I've authorised rapid de-construction of this facility and informed the secondary home fleet to assist in the operation.

Heddernheim Facility denying BDM| Gunship access to the facility
Vorposten Bake denying BDM| Gunship access to the facility
