We have been evaluating our performance as an Executive Administration and has further acomb to new staffing arrangement as follows:

John Ashford, since becoming a full-fledged employee of Universal Shipping Inc., you've shown strong work ethic and have greatly contributed to all areas of expertise on vast consideration of the Executive Administration we're proud to have you as our new Vice Chief of Staff [VCS].

Do to this assignment the new Vice Chief of Staff will be actively;

• Working with the front-line managers of those departments in order to assess the organization and assist the departmental heads with overall operations of Universal.
  
• The Vice Chief of Staff is the only role in Universal with an allocated minimum flight hours.
  
• The Vice Chief of Staff has the right to conduct mandatory meetings and training sessions, as well as command the appropriate departmental heads to hold a meeting or training exercise as long as there is a substantial interest.
  
• The Vice Chief of Staff is the corporate enforcer of all guidelines, rules, and laws defined in the Dossier to all non-executive and executive personnel. If he finds a personnel to be plausible of guiltiness he has the right to act accordingly
  
• The Vice Chief of Staff must be proactive and seek engaging members of Universal to fly, trade and escort.
  
• The Vice Chief of Staff will be under the Chief of Staff, thus engaging in cross party analysis and conducting work together in a good time period, promotions and payments for insurance, none flight work, and to organise staff on leave and away without leave.
