The Bret/Outcast deal only really means, in practice for my QCO character anyway, that any outcast vessel is kept under scrutiny, and they generally behave in Bret space. As for it being OORP I have yet to see someone sanctioned for being OORP in NOT attacking someone else.

Well it should be kind of nerve-wracking being a pilot in the KNF or a member of the largest criminal organisation in Sirius, no? Imagine how I feel, knowing the Harvesters are allied with the OPG?

If someone is trying to establish a faction and alter the dynamics of the game, then fair play to them, I say. How it affects their faction status is another matter. Maybe if the KNF was doing its job, then the GMG wouldn't have to resort to such measures.
