As long as you carry your business offlanes into the debris field your request is approved. Think of Naha as a freeport, we allowed ships to dock and resupply on H-fuel, but any vessel causing problems there will be asked to leave or engaged if refusing. If there are corsair vessels present, they are now allowed into any sector of Sigma-13 and fee free to call for assistance. Any heavy GMG arms that you may see in the system most likely will not engage any hostiles unless it is a cruiser or battleship. They are a symbol of power and authority from guild unity.

To all trading vessels I recommend you hire an escort from now on, or contact guild personal for an escort through the system. Be warned you may be denied escort by certain individual security officers present in the system if they do not benefit from your offer. I will not order anyone to answer all escort requests.
