The unexpected change of tactic caught Delta-2 off guard and sustained heavy damage by the flurry of dulzian fire. It pierced the bomber shields and damaged the left side of the hull

Misaki made a hard turn to the right and made sure to get out of firing range. She looked at the Akegata and saw that 3 of the Dulzian turrets were destroyed. Of the remaining 4 dulzians, 2 were focussed on Misaki and 2 on Delta-2
"Changing tactics. That ship wont survive another nova impact directed at the flank. Gamma wing, strike the remaining turrets while evading their fightercraft."
