Personal background:
I was born on New Tokyo in the industrial district 043. My father was active in the shipyard as a weapons assembler. My mother worked in the medical department of the shipyard, which was on the edge of the district. When I was ten years old, my parents' workplace was attacked by terrorists. More than 300 people lost their lives and over 1400 were seriously injured. When I was told about the death of my parents, I was on a school trip to the gas giant Fuji.
I then spent a year in the local orphanage. Shortly before my twelfth birthday a family visited the orphanage. The family was apparently one of the supporters of the orphanage. While I was watching the battle of Sigma-13 on a holographic console, the older gentleman of the family became aware of me. Shortly thereafter I was adopted by the house Nobusaki and instructed in the art of fighting.
With 16 years I finished the regular school and enrolled in the military academy. There I noticed my strong interest for the Capitalships. My stepfather was surprised about my choice, but none if disinclined. He even introduced me to some people who told me first hand about Capitalships. At the age of 18 I was able to gain my first practical experience on a small Gunship. Already after four months in the service, I could support the crew already with all possible problems. Two years later my stepfather died of old age. Thereupon his brother took over his tasks and became the head of the house. He was then able to get me a position on a cruiser with the help of his contacts.
At the age of 24 I had completed my studies at the Akademi. My first job after my studies was with a security service that was friends with my family. By chance I got access during my activity to the photographs of the terror attack. In the photographs I recognized some ships, which did not resemble any of the well-known series. With 26 years I became an XO of a cruiser of the Komainu class.
On the way back from a routine check in the Yokohama shipyard we were attacked by several gunships of the blood dragons. The commanding captain died with the first rocket salvo, so I took command of the ship. We could then push back the attackers and destroy all their ships. Finally the stationed navy arrived. Our ship was still fit for battle after this attack, but in a battered state. We were escorted back to the Yokohama Shipyard and cared for the wounded. During the fight I was wounded by a shard of glass on my face. The wound healed, but she left the scar behind.
For another three years I was working in the security service and established new contacts, which helped me with the research about the death of my parents. The Nobusaki family continued to support me with financial means and information. Apparently the Crayter Republic - in contrast to the Kusari military - should have further information about the attack. That's exactly why I'm sitting in this office and applying to you.
Military/Para-military background: Graduated Kusari Fleet Academy's capital ship courses with a B+.
Earned combat experience by serving in the Private Military Security Service on New Tokyo.
Honorable discharge after 5 years of service due to injuries in the face.

Reasons for enlisting: To learn more about my parents' deaths, I was advised to serve in the Crayter Republic Military after graduation, as there might be more to know about the instigators.
