New leadership

Hello all Wolf Clan Mercenaries, I am Viper I will be the new Star Admiral and take lead of Wolf Clan Mercenaries from now on. Previous Start Admiral, Tombs has stepped down from his position as he is no longer able to lead due to other thing hindering his abilities.
