Interesting idea, but I have a few questions.

- How did the Cromwell's wreckage, which I assume to be massive and very loud in regards to EM signature, manage to escape the eye of Gallic patrols for so long, particularly along the way of a very frequented path for Gallic forces ? This is a bit of a stretch, particularly when considering that the ship was embattled and on the run in hostile territory, and squawked an emergency broadcast before going dark. Seems like a lot of noise to simply ignore for a pursuing armada.
- Similarily, how did a large battleship in critical condition, having suffered extensive battle damage and almost a decade of drifting through the void, get back to working order within mere months ? Not only did it not have any access to a shipyard, it was located smack in the middle of one of the most strategically important corridors for the Gallic navy. A enemy battleship suddenly appearing in your vital logistics artery would be a cause for concern, for one thing ; for another, how could it possibly repair itself away from the presumably considerable infrastucture it needed ? That's not even mentioning the restoration of its fighter groups and these repair drones, seemingly able to repair ("slowly but fast enough") another battleship, and delivering parts (from where ?!) to fix it...

Don't get me wrong, it's a cool idea ; to finally have some Bretonian efforts against our supply lines in the Taus is something I've been waiting for. But Tau 31 is largely uncontested at this point and sits deeply within Gallic territory, though it is very lightly defended and has various types of scoundrels running about. That not one but TWO battleships would suddenly reappear in it and essentially repair themselves really, really begs belief. I mean, why did Bretonia have to brutally annex Aland shipyard if you don't need those to repair your stuff ?

I believe it has potential, but I would tone down the whole "battlegroups from the darkness appear in Gallia's butt and start raiding all the things" bit.
