This is actually appalling and the worst part is that we're powerless - is there even anything that can be done about it? It's cancer that kills Discovery but just out of reach of treatment, like an invisible tumor. I really wish there was a proactive approach to stop that.
A few things that one could do is contact the other party to balance the fight beforehand, to accept that if you don't do that they'll log anything they have available just like you did, and to not call them cancer because they made no attempt to balance the fight when oneself didn't visibly make one either. Just saying.
