We have ships a-plenty, dear AssAssiN2. Take a look around at the dockable Rheinland Battleships. Or what about the other places, where we can find things like the Crow, Executioner, Marsflyer, and so on. Ships, we have.
Systems, we also have. And we're getting even more in the next version.

If you realy want to know what I would like to see, is more variety in our ships. The majority of fighters that I have seen have been either Talons or Raven Claws. The majority of battleships that i've seen are Osiris'. How cool would it be to see 7 other players, and all of you have different fighters that are around the same level. We could do that now, but it would require getting ships that might not have slots for level 10 weapons. The Kiith-Somtaww, Kadesh, Tiiaden, and many other ships are all nifty looking, but people don't use 'em because they're far away and once your out there you already have a better ship.

Perhaps we could spread out where these new ships are a bit, make them more accessable to the newer player. Or, just give them compareable abilities to other VHFs and MkII Light Fighters.
