What is the point of shooting a lane from that distance? Even if you drop someone out of the lane with that gun from 9k, he will easily flee with cruise. You should be close to a lane to intercept someone. I don't see such a weapon possible to be honest, as it would be annoyance for people only, rather than practical use.
