Change Templar to not be so much better than Lynx

Falchion needs an upscale not the beating around the bush change it got imo.

I agree with everything else you say, other than removing 5 gunners. It's not like they're overpowered.

Also buff Manta, and somehow try to make Marlin competent in its environment without being broken.

AND BUFF THE HAMMERHEAD AND SKIPJACK GOD THEY NEED A VHF SHIELD AND INCREASED CORE.
