Dear colleagues.

A public contract has been released by House Bretonia for the expansion of Aland Shipyard. It is currently the only sizeable shipyard in Bretonia's possession and thus it is vital to be upgraded and expanded as quickly as possible so that Liberty's closest ally will be able once again to manufacture new warships and replenish their embattled forces against our common enemy, Gallia. Since Omega-3 is rich in mineral resources, I made sure Universal transports will find significant quantities of BMM-mined Cobalt Ore to carry on the return trip.

Furthermore, we will be joined by two Doe Industries mechanics and manufacturing experts who are overseeing Aland's expansion project. Their safety is of utmost importance.

We will start outside Renzu Shipyards in Shikoku system where we will pick up Shipyard Components. Our destination is Aland Shipyard in Omega-3. However getting there is tricky considering we want to avoid covering a long distance and going through the Taus is extremely dangerous. Thus, we are working on a middle solution and all ships will be briefed during the take off about our new route. Once the cargo is unloaded, we will go to Planet Sprague and purchase Bretonian Cobalt. Then, using the same route we will return back to Renzu Shipyards and complete the Operation.

• The mission difficulty is severe, since Gallic Royalists will seek to stop us and harm the DSE VIPs. We do not consider IMG to be a problem after we confirmed they are only talk and not action.
  
  
• The profitability of this run is estimated being high, with Bretonians paying a lot to get this done as soon as possible.
