If someone is actually worried about getting reported they can screenie them being dropped/tractored, the same way a pirate needs to screenie his "3millOrDie!" in case he gets reprted with just a screenie of him blowing up a trader.
The examples you are giving here would only occur if the person is really ill-willed and trying to cause trouble for other people, which I don't see very likely. There is also no point in making a comparison between an F1 incident and bat/bot transfer as the two are distinct things.
