Trading bats and bots during a battle

akuma, side A has 10 ships with 500 bots/bats, side B has 12 ships with 600 bots/bats.

fight start, some memebrs use bots/bats, other think they are enough good to dodge, to they dont need them and give them to others.
are still in fight 500 bots/bats on one side and 600 on other ? (for example)
what is oorp on that?
is big difference explode, come back and give bots/bats, or give them to someone still in fight.
and how you will report it? you make screen of someone with 60 bats, then with 15, then with 60 ? or how ? and what rule it violate? ???
i readed the rules many times and i see nowhere that giving someone bats in fight is against them , or agains roleplay... it is called SUPPORT...
and as i typed, difference is when you explode and come back, because they you violate rules.
