Why are outcasts excluded as always from any Tau related event?

As far as i know the event was pre-planned between the factions listed. With forum RP and all that.

I don't think that should matter much. The Outcast interference doesn't have to be inrp at the end of the event, just let them play and add more people to shoot at. There's no downside to this, and I'll finally get to shoot Vasko outside of conn. : ]
