Things I want to change:
1) Bounty list shows only claimable bounties and only with target players online.
2) You can create bounties only against those, whose factions is neutral or hostile to your faction [from 0 to -1].
3) You can claim bounties only against those, whose factions is neutral or hostile to your faction [from 0 to -1].
4) No sirius-wide messages about bounties at all. You will see if players have reward for their head if select their ships and only in case if bounty is claimable.
5) No way to know if you are bountied. Remove /bounty me command. Also remove references to mail plugin, pretty useless thing.
6) Change bounty credit limit bounds to: from 1M to 10M and change tax system: make it percentage-based.
7) Add system which tracks damage that was inflicted to bounty target. Reward gets only one player which inflicted most damage. If it is bountied player self or solar object - don't do anything. Damage counter is being reset every time ship docks to base.
8) Add opportunity to create bounty against whole faction, that does mean you select all players of the faction as targets.
9) Improve saving bounty data to files, current system is flawed, and add more precious check of data expiration.
10) If one player is under few bounties, give only one highest reward, other bounties remain untouched.
