Of course, people shouldn't, but they do anyways, and I make damn sure every Outcast in our space know who the IND are, in-RP (yes, it's in-RP, they're very major contributors) and out. As far as I'm concerned you don't pirate somebody who's spreading your drug unless he gives you lip, and I usually just escort them out without having to fire a single shot when they do, (Battleship anybody?) unless the boy REALLY wants us to engage in Partial Inter-house Ransoming And Targeting Incessant but Non-vital Gnomes... people are going to have favoritism no matter what you do and there's no stopping it. Don't whine if it won't change.
