Attention, to all ISE members.
Due to recent increased activity of the Gallic attacks and due to our newly conquested territories, the Republic needs to start expanding its horizons.
We have our only shipyard, Sabah Shipyard, at the moment working 24/7 at a 100% capacity, and yet seems to not be fullfilling our needs.
We are constamtly building and constantly repairing, and now more than ever need to maintain our newly gained position so we can finally stop the Gallic invasion.
This operation will be divided in phases.

Phase I:
Phase I consists in expanding Sabah's building/repairing capabilities by constructing an extra drydock.
This way the Republic can deal with much more vessels than before.
In order to get the Phase I the Republic will fund internal companies and external companies to deliver the list of commodities needed for such project:
Phase I
  • Basic Alloy:51000/50000 (Funding: 500S.C./unit)
  • Hull Segments:101886/80000(Funding 1.000 S.C/Unit)
  • Copper:15000/15000(Funding: 500 S.C/Unit)
  • Energy Field Equipment:3000/3000(Funding: 700 S.C/Unit)
  • Industrial Materials:30485/25000(Funding: 350 S.C/Unit)
  • Nanotubes:10240/7000(Funding:350 S.C/Unit)
  • Superconductors:5000/5000(Funding:700 S.C/Unit)

Phase II:
Phase II consists in improving building and repairing times by adding automatisation on Sabah. Using this method it should be easier and faster to either build or repairs ships for fast deplyment wherever needed.
In order to get the Phase II the Republic will fund internal companies and external companies to deliver the list of commodities needed for such project:
Phase II
  • Optronics:10080/10000(Funding: 500 S.C/Unit)
  • Quantum Muliplexors:9640/8000(Funding: 650 S.C/Unit)
  • Robotics:59250/25000(Funding: 400 S.C/Unit)
  • Nanocapacitors:23060/9000(Funding: 350 S.C/Unit)
  • Industrial Materials:5000/5000(Funding: 350 S.C/Unit)


Phase III:
Phase III consists in enlarging the base itself, by increasing its powercore and life support, to pair up with the other phases, as it'll be required more space and crew.
In order to get the Phase III the Republic will fund internal companies and external companies to deliver the list of commodities needed for such project:
Phase III
  • Hull Segments:21886/20000(Funding: 1.000 S.C/Unit)
  • Xenobiotic Filters:0/4000(Funding: 650 S.C/Unit)
  • Nuclear Devices:0/5500(Funding: 500 S.C/Unit)
  • Nanotubes:6000/6000(Funding:350 S.C/Unit)
  • Industrial Materials:10000/10000(Funding: 350 S.C/Unit)

This project has been already authorised by the Quorum and therefore the transportation can begin, so the construction can start.
