When the Bethany fell in Cortez, Gallia was left with two options; expose their supply line in the Taus, or allow Liberty an opening to flank them through Leeds. In the end, Gallic Naval Command chose to relocate the Guillestre to Leeds, believing their supply lines secure. A Crayterian victory over the Barrier logistics artery means the Crown's hand has now been forced. The Picardy system is in open revolt, with the battleship Saumur having surrendered to the Council. King Charles is rumored to have been evacuated from New Paris, as a Council fleet amasses in Provence.
A Gallic logistics ship, the Vauban, has been deployed to the Southampton Junction to serve as a mobile HQ on the front line. The Montmorency has relocated to take the Guillestre's place in Leeds, as the Guillestre herself joins the Gallic Fleet in orbit. The Southampton Trinity has been rerouted to Planet New London, foregoing their assault on Kensington. No fewer than seven Gallic battlegroups now encircle Bretonia's capital world. The final battle for control of New London's airspace has begun.

Due to a lack of regional allies for the GRN side, we will not be adding additional factions to the Liberty/Bretonia side for balance reasons.
For the duration of this event, only the Logistics Vessel Vauban will be dockable for the Gallic side in the New London system to prevent base camping.
