Lambert full of vigor, decides to make a declaration at the stand.
" I want to thank you Monsieur Marcus for hosting this Congress thus far. But if we do not act soon, we would be guilty of failing the popular masses by not leading them to a revolutionary conclusion, their fire being put out! If we spend too much time simply discussing things, then we will of lost our moment to bring forth what has been discussed at this Congress to the people. It is time we take to the skies, it is time we start forming cadres throughout Gallia and begin our organization. This will be my last comment at this Congress for the time being comrades, I know now what must be done and with our ARC comrades we shall begin the spark. We shall raise the people's consciousness to help them draw out revolutionary conclusions. It is time to have the people break their chains, and we shall start first by getting rid of the King and bringing forth a new republic - a people's republic! I shall see you all out there."
Lambert leaves the podium, pulling out gloves from his coat and putting them on, his mind fixated on the stars. He is impatient. There is no time to wait when revolutionary conditions are present.
