If you have evidence of wrong doing, put in a Violation Report. If you feel this is not necessary, pm the Faction Leader with the evidence and not plaster it all over the Forums.
Also, if you have internal problems with your Faction that has nothing to do with this Faction, use another Thread/pms/Discord etc to deal with it
