Given the current political situation this is a most delicate situation indeed, I can see why the client chose to take rather less official means than we would normally expect. Certainly I am not averse to the idea, though given the nature of the task we must proceed somewhat delicately.

Transfer the file to the Executive Disgressionary Fund as an emergency budget item, and we will have Rheinex do the necessary work at our classified facilities at the Alexanderwerft. It will be much easier to prevent any leaks or unwanted administrative paper trail, and serve as a good test of the current facilities capacity for special projects.

Inform your client we will take care of the contract, and to bring the ship under civilian licence to the Alexanderwerft. I will inform the chief engineer to expect her.
