Community survey: chemical warfare, homicide, attempted genocide

Hello everyone. I'm here to present an idea and gather feedback and thoughts on it and its impact on the game and the community. Should this spark any interest with anyone they can find me at Discord, the contact is available on my profile.

Background information
I'm currently putting together a few ideas in the attempt to form a group around the production of chemical warfare agents and other biological and biochemical viruses and toxins. It's a group based on the Outcast ID but to a more radical and terrorising point, up to where you can basically call whatever you did a day should you encounter them. The roleplay and gameplay is centred around employing life despising methods for testing in laboratories and the open field. It's also all about kidnapping, torture, mutilation and worse. Core parts of the research roleplay are creating the most viral toxins for the sake of doing so, field testing them for own enjoyment (and test results) and eventually trying to create substances that will make people even more dependent on Cardamine, kill every Stabiline user, both, or just spread a plague to level the field for further tests. It will also involve gene sequencing to utilize the special attributes of Cardamine for the creation of weaponized chemical compounds. The goal is to create the objectively most sinister and evil group of people the sector has seen so far.

Community survey
I'm very much interested in hearing peoples thoughts on the idea and the addressed scenarios. Is this something people would like to see and participate in, something they would like to fear inRP? Are groups and factions or individuals willing to having this impact their regions and populations? If done correctly, what would be the chances that such a roleplay has an impact on the storytelling and presentation of regions ingame? And how far is too far and what are the boundaries, what are the limits that you as a player are willing to push when seeing such a roleplay done? Is there something that should definitely be avoided to prevent a community wide outcry?
