I don't think it would be a pob that stays. But rather just for the event. Can be like with to Leeds and new London, a refugee housing station or something.

So pob will come and leave for the event. Keep record of how much of the commodity was shipped. Plus u can make the price wat u want and not interfere with the long term solar prices.

I don't think the community would mind this just for events.
