The first two messages are from a session with a friend, I don't know how are they evidence of something, and the rest are messages from a session that, while it did happen within the hour from when GRI-Triton "killed" me (actually, forced me to dock) they happened in Connecticut, which means outside of any RP environment. I don't think there's a breach of anything here.

And I don't know how the last three messages are relevant to the encounter of 13:19. They refer to an entirely different encounter, with the ship La.Fuite, from which I escaped and I didn't relog from it, not within the hour.

Finally, there's a supposed breach of 4.4, supposedely that, quoting from the PM, I " 4.4 part is that you did not issue a demand to a Trade Ship as your ID requires you to".

We're forgetting a particular here, while I can ask demands from people, my GG ID also allows me to attack anyone within my ZOI (Edinburgh/Aquitaine being part of it, and being the location of all these episodes), and it was entirely my right to do so considering that these players carried cargo that could be considered contraband per the Exodus event.

Overall, I admit to having broken rule 3.6 a couple times and of having breached rule 4.3 in one instance, but I don't see how 4.4 was breached.
