When we receive a Violation Report, it generally consists of SSs. Sometimes it also contains portions taken from the person's DSACE Logs.

SSs are hard to 'doctor' but it has been attempted and some can be omitted to give a false account (which has also been done). Logs can be 'modified' or parts that give a clearer picture are not included.

When I look at a Violation Report, I use the Server Logs to look at what has been said. These I put in the Violation Report so that the others can see a clear picture and give, as best as they can, an accurate verdict. In your case, I showed that, at the time of the Violations, you said nothing. Those showed what you said on the particular days of the 2 Violations. So, when you asked for evidence, I sent them to show what you did/did not say (so you had a clear picture).

You were not Sanctioned for your encounter with Tsufridn.von.Shokolade. The Reports we received were for the GRI encounter and the IDF encounter.

The Guard's prime objective is to strenghten the Gaian movement and its influences across Sirius. They are involved in research and smuggling of artifacts, suppressing the slave trade and actively resist alien incursions into Bretonia.

Now I can see the Gaians are included in this and it was certainly within your ZOI. But, once again, I will draw your attention to the highlight part. The pertinent words here are, 'demand cargo' and 'demanded'. With a silent attack, there would not have been a 'demand' and therefore an infraction of Rule 4.4 was carried out.

As for Tsufridn.von.Shokolade, we did not receive a Violation Report about it, but seeing as you were already being done for these offences, was there any point in adding it again?
