Second - he was in New London system as a part of bretonian resistance and he must to know about gallic fleet in system and gallic war.
Third,he is not civilian transport such as bowex,republican shipping or universal shipping industries,to give him order to drop a cargo and run. Or maybe to talk with him.

He had enough time to react in system with war on a battle id.

If he want to be a civilian captain of liner let him to do spa and cruise liner. Then we will talk.

Anyway,he got his 10 seconds by the server rules from the first message,im not talking that he saw us far away and did not stopped from bigger distance.
