Yes, i am disputing the sanction and especially the way how the staff defines "stealing" and "harmfull behavor", while you turned a blind eye at the evidence i had submitted and explained you the overall situation within the BDM. Everyone knows that i built up the BDM and almost all of these ships belong me. I did document all our shared ships on a google table during my time as faction leader, for the case the owners want their ships back. This was an agreement we had implemented in the BDM HC and continued to use when i passed over the leadership. Geoffacake knows it and can't deny it.

My ships were certainly not meant to be a gift. Alone the idea that i would gift an entire fleet with 14 CAU-8's and 13 Cloaks worth of a few billions of credits to a OFL that turned hostile and expelled me, is totally absurd. Like: "Hey we don't need you anymore, but we want your stuff. And if you don't give it to us you get banned."

Due to certain issues recently arising, it has been decided to make plain the Team's stance on OF Shared Ships.

Shared Ships become the sole property of the Official Faction.

If a Member wants to lend Ships to an Official Faction, then it needs to be recorded within an ooRP Section of the OF Threads, stating that the Ships are 'lent' and still belong to the Donating Person).

Just because i'm not part of this faction anymore, and just because the evidence is located outside of OF Threads, it shouldn't mean that the OFL has the right to confiscate all my ships i had shared and can dismantle them as he pleases. You are literally punishing my generosity in sharing and reward the greed of the OFL in question, at my cost. You also implemented this new rule only to spare yourself from paperwork. And this is certainly not fair nor is it safeguarding the server's health in any way, given that the staff is ignoring present evidence here, also because it is impossible for me to write a post in the appropriate forum section of a faction i have been expelled from. This and further trouble could have been avoided if the staff had interfered into this much earlier as requested by me.

So i must ask you here, what causes more damage? Giving back the ships to the true owners or promoting rogue leaders for being greedy?


On basis of the submitted evidence i'd hereby like to file a counter-report with the exact same rule violation. As both sides (Me and Geoffacake) did not come to an agreement in past and probably won't in future, i'd like to request the deletion of said ships and all the equipment he moved and tries to move as we speak. I do not agree with this bann as this action could have been avoided if the staff had recognized my evidence much earlier.
