Discovery 4.91.0 Patch 21

NPC FACTIONS
- Added Gallic Royal Enclave (GRE) IFF, representing hardline Royalist forces and remnants of the Bretonia invasion fleet that do not recognize the current Gallic government. Expect ZOI updates.
- Changed: Gallic Royal Intelligence IFF removed. Gallia will receive a new intel IFF to replace it in the future.
- Changed: Council IFF made neutral to all other Gallic factions except the Enclave as part of a ceasefire.

SYSTEMS
- Changed: Leeds reclassified as a Tau system.
- Changed: Battleship Norfolk moved to Leeds.
- Changed: Leeds/Aquitaine gate sealed.
- Changed: Battleship Rocroi has defected to the Gallic Royal Enclave.
- Changed: Java Station changed to normal IMG IFF.
- Changed: Battlecruiser Carillon and Sisteron changed to Gallic Royal Enclave IFF.
- Changed: Battleship Embrun and Carcassonne changed to Gallic Royal Enclave IFF.

STATIONS
- Changed: GRN and Gallic corporate bases in Aquitaine, Brittany, and Roussilon changed to Gallic Royal Enclave IFF.
- Changed: Lausanne Complex and Evreux Research Facility changed to Gallic Royal Enclave IFF.
- Changed: Melun and Calais Research Institutions changed to GRN IFF.
- Changed: Trafalgar Base surrendered to Bretonia Armed Forces.
- Changed: New London Gate Construction Site captured by Bretonia Armed Forces.

SHIPS
- Changed: The London Interdictor limited edition ship can no longer be bought.
- Fixed: Misericorde Outcast Battlecruiser now comes with a Battlecruiser Shield and Advanced Deep Scanner when bought.
- Fixed: Obstinate Royal Navy battlecruiser hardpoints.

EQUIPMENT
- Added Enclave ID and Council ID to Monte Carlo Freeport for characters who wish to switch sides.
- Changed: Gallic Royal Navy ID changed to Gallic Royal Enclave ID. Council ID is now considered the interim House Navy ID for Gallia.
- Changed: Council ID can use GRN technology at 90%, except capital ships which are at 75%.
- Changed: The Warwolf has been given its own tech cell, exclusive to the GRE ID.

INFOCARDS
- Added two news articles related to the end of the Second Gallic War and the formation of the GRE.
