Dear Minister Westbrook,

An occupation, regardless of length, is still an occupation. This is something that we will not stand for, and will lead to more conflict. Even if the Guildmastery were to agree to it, there would be widespread resistance amongst the guildmembers.

Perhaps a suitable alternative would be for you to send "observer groups" to ensure that neutrality is being kept. We would be glad to host these "observer groups" (and their corresponding security teams) at our expense.

With regards to Bretonia, we are waiting to see what they will bring to the table at the NO conference.
