suggestions to stop the pvp and capwhoring

of course gunboats are capital ships - i never understand why ppl leave them out. they are classified capital ships in ID cards and game lore. - totally lost why ppl like to "keep them easy to get" when at the same time they want to lock destroyers out.

anyway - the whole discussion is totally pointless - sort of. since its already been said officially, - that no official restriction or administration will come into effect about getting any kind of capital ship - other than a high price and a limitation of one battleship / player.

but i guess discussing it will keep the brain warmed up and ready for really important discussions.
