You can still play with friends, they will just be on the other side. After all, is it not more fun to have a challenging battle against your equals, than gang up with your equals against [insert adverb] challenged players? Or am I a dinosaur here and the world has evolved without my notice?

More challenging battle can be done with adding weaker side more gunabots over enemy superior fighter force, for example. Not to mention that for some reason only snub battle is being a concern. We clearly did not stomp anyone at the last event, and there's zero evidence to suggest that we would do it here. But I assume that opposing faction have ruled out otherwise for whatever reasons they might have against us. At least there are rumors that there were massive complainings from their side to event organized, as they had a higher chance of losing a snub part. And actually refused to register. I am not appreciating this win or not play mentality and I fail to see why staff member would support it.
