I apologize for how far off this channel got from my immediate attention. I'm a defense minister first and a diplomat second, and most of my attention was diverted towards ensuring that the Military had their mandates.

These occupations are as they were ordered to be, and regardless of the Guild's acceptance of them Crayter was tasked with carrying them out. These were in response to the overwhelming criticism, backlash and antagonistic rebukes we have received over the months from Guildmasters Kyoko and Yao, and were primarily targeted at the primary IMG cell. I'm sure you can understand that, especially given the primary cell's open involvement with the Gallic Royal Navy, these orders were given with the intent of preserving Crayter's way of life and integrity. As I've said before, none of these were ever meant for the detriment of the IMG to the extent of outright confiscation. They were planned with ensuring that sites like Holman, Pecos, or Singapore did not become bastions of the Royalists within Crayter space.

While these 'observer groups' could very easily be arranged, the question stands as to how far their status would extend. I personally am all for allowing the IMG to continue operating at Holman, Pecos, and Singapore with relative impunity, but these 'observer groups' would need to be given complete access to scanning and sensor arrays on site to ensure that the IMG retains this neutrality. Should this be possible, and the IMG find it agreeable, then I will give the order for Hades and Aquatica commands to reduce their expense of manpower on IMG installations within their operational zones.
