Dear Minister Westbrook,

We have no objection to giving access to scanning and sensor arrays as you desire. However, to reduce the pressure of having someone watching the techs over their shoulder, I would suggest we provide a weekly "maintenance schedule" for your men to access and download the sensor logs. Of course, they will still have full access to the rooms and equipment and can drop by as they wish.

Also, in case you haven't heard, Ms Kyoko is currently suspended from all duties pending a Tribunal as discussed on Leviathan. I will be handling most of the Guild's affairs from here on out.

Lastly, thank you for removing the Gauls from the Taus. I believe this thanks is long overdue and has been overlooked due to the issues we have been having.
