NPF FACTIONS
- Changed: Liberty Navy NPCs removed from Bretonia. ZOI for LN and LSF IDs will be updated to match.

SYSTEMS
- Added Battlecruiser Blackrock (BAF) to Dublin.
- Changed: Battleship Rio Grande and Carcassonne moved within California.
- Changed: Battleship Alma moved to California.
- Changed: Battleship Concord moved to California.
- Changed: Battleship Athos moved within Dublin.
- Changed: Destroyer Shillelagh moved to Manchester.
- Changed: Battleship Embrun moved to Drake.
- Changed: All Liberty Navy assets removed from Bretonia. ZOI to be updated to match.
- Fixed: Duplicate Battleship La Riche removed from Aquitaine.

- Added dockable Bretonia Battlecruiser solar.

- Added Gen'an, Velvet, & Volgograd Industrial ID icons
- Fixed: Nomad Fighter Cloak used too much cargo space, should now be usable on the Nomad Light Fighter.
- Fixed: Altair Research Facility sells the Anomaly Scanner and Batteries.

INFOCARDS
- Changed: New infocard for Planet Leeds.
- Fixed: Samuran > Samura
- Fixed: Dreadnaught > Dreadnought

MISCELLANEOUS
- Fixed: Fix for the weapon group overwrite bug. (May still occur under some circumstances.)
