Born in a family of military officers on New London. Followed the usual steps of upcoming Armed Forces officer and successfully started the career, but left it early on in favor of better paid and "freer" alternative.
For about a decade worked for a small shipping company known as FTU, which lost it's assets during the Gallic Invasion.
William has a rich expirience of piloting merchant ships of different types and sizes.
