I think both your suggestions are very neutral, and a bit similar. But I like that you didn't choose an in-space design. Some sort of R&D seems to be going on in Anomanders design, and I think that could be emphasised a bit more.

In Prosecutor Wilhelm's design, there's nothing really going on. You have the logo, which is good, but the company name disappears against the background here and there.

I know that I'm a bit of a pain here, but it's like the old saying: "I don't know much about art, but i know what i like!" I'm terrible at specifying what I'm looking for, but I hope you can bear with me a while longer. I really appreciate that you're trying to help me.

The old sig has two things going for it as i see it. The logo is very visible, and I also like that it states that it's an Interspace Commerce company. The rest of it is a bit too... blue!
