Admiral Kazuo brushed his hand over the left shoulder strap of his uniform, removing a piece of debris that had found it's way on the golden bars of his rank. As he stepped out of the backseat of the transport, he took a moment to allow his eyes to adjust to the bright colors of the environment. Certainly a place for royalty. He stifled his musings on the landscape to turn his attention to the woman in front of him, who had finished her greeting to President Powell, and was beginning the one meant for him. The standard material for seasoned diplomats and politicians, but a change for the Fleet Admiral, whose diplomatic skills were not as well honed as they should be. War was no place for a diplomat, after all. As she finished, he cleared his throat and kept his statement short.

"Thank you, Miss Winchester, for meeting us at our arrival of Her Majesty's royal estate. I hope we will not inconvenience the staff with our stay."

With a quick nod of the head, the Fleet Admiral moved with the group into the grand halls of the estate. The ornate decor were vastly more lavish than the quarters, decks, and offices of the naval officers, which were usually utilitarian and plain in design. He felt rather exposed by the grand scale of the room, but pushed it from his mind as he shifted his attention to keep pace with the assembly of staff, while a Lieutenant was covering an itinerary of the visit to him.
