As the company was originally funded solely by Mr. Harriman's assets, it is his intention to retain a controlling stake in the company. However, he has agreed to permit 25% of the company's shares to be issued publicly at this time.

In this IPO, Texan Starlift Incorporated (TXSL) has issued 2 million shares at a market capitalization of $117,725,151 credits, based on nominal book value. Of these, 1.5 million have been issued to Mr. Harriman and the remaining 500k are listed as company stock until they are purchased. The current share price is set at $59 credits per share.
