>>Hello again, Fastjack once more with another little aid for our Xeno fellows on the ground. This time Im putting Ageira under the microscope, they are one of our principle enemies in Liberty and one of Libertys Big Three corporations. I was going to get a Hacker to do this but after a serious amount of rather rude communications, they finally decided to tell me where I could stick the idea. So I got another fellow to put this together. Hes a freelancer working the Liberty scene and hes been around for a few years.

Ageira Technologies
By Two Tone
Well seems Fastjacks at it again. Suggesting we put this out there for the freelancers when its really for a bunch of crazy lunatics, but if it gives the lancers some heads up on what to expect when running Ageira ops then Im all for it. I aint going into Ageiras history because it aint necessary suffice to say its bloody old. It traffics in gate and lane parts and is the only company in the entirety of Sirius that does. There isnt another corp. in the sector that can claim to have a complete monopoly over one area even Planetform is under attack from some of the other megas in their attempts to secure at least some terraforming rights for the future. But tradelanes isnt Ageiras only claim to fame; they hold some pretty epic contracts all over Liberty and have some interesting subsidiaries on other parts of Sirius. Although their Rheinland subsidiaries are taking a pasting owing to the fact that Ageira has to basically smuggle stuff to them.
It seems theres a format for these things, well at least a precedent so Ill not change it.
In The Hot Seat
>>Yup its board folks again, Xenos can skip to the next part, freelancers seem to want to know their employers possible motives.
>>Fastjack
Ageiras board is set up like a normal company with people owning stocks worth huge sums of money. Theres a few interesting notes on the board though, not least an Interspace employee.
Howard Phelps
CEO
<1%
Phelps is CEO because he earned it, 20 years of deal making and power grabbing has given him the edge over the rest of the board, added to that the fact that under his auspices Ageira has gone from strength to strength, financially and you get a solid CEO package. Hes the only person on the board that doesnt own enough of the company to be there.
Larissa Dawes
VP in charge of Public Relations
7.8%
One crazy lady this one, shes got the PR job and seems happy with it, not attempting to steal anything else but then theres rumours of her engineering PR disasters in order for her department to clean up. The rest of the board arent happy about it and are busy collecting evidence of her mania. Expect her to be gone before the year is out.
Kelvin Harris
VP in charge of Research and Development
16%
Rich boy. Daddy bought him a company. At least on paper. Turns out that the 35 year old Harris can really turn a buck, hes got an eye for making things work and was recently asked to turn the fortunes of Ageiras R&D department around. So far so good as Ageira has been putting out some hot new toys including their latest urban assault mech.
>>Its unclear how Kelvin actually got the position of head of R&D as nobody on the board will admit to having invited him to the position.
>>Desire
Ariene De Vite
5%
Ariene holds Interspaces current seat on the board, she has no voting rights and cant actually influence policy, and shes basically there to ensure that Interspaces money isnt being squandered. She and Larissa are good friends often seen out in Manhattans social scene..
>>Rumour has it that thats not all they share, as Ariene is head of Interspaces Resource Acquisition Department, the department that hires freelancers like you and me. Given that some recent runs on Ageira have gone horribly well. Well Ill leave you to draw the conclusions
>>Vanity Fire
That's Ageira so far. Any feedback?
