Chapter One: The Meeting

The Shrine had once served its purpose as the only place where hostility never had its roots dig in its majestic Light. Today, however, that cycle has been broken. The Enlightened have gathered in an empty room just below the large, pulsating sphere.

Two Oracle guards stood before the door which held the Oracle symbol. Once it opened, the symbol broke into two sides, revealing a bright, purple light that dissipated shortly after. Charon stepped inside, taking a seat next to the transparent membrane which held the room's atmosphere. A large table seemingly welded to the ground as if it grew from The Shrine itself stood in the middle of the room, where the other four chairs stood around it.

Charon took off his hood, sighting in a disappointed tone almost as if he predicted this moment would happen."Brother, bring me something to drown this feeling. They will very soon, and I cannot stand looking at myself with this attitude. said Charon to the nearby Oracle Guard, which soon has brought three bottles of whiskey and placed them on the wide table. After taking a few shots to help him out before the meeting, the High Exarch turned to the membrane. Waiting.
