He pitched the bottle into a bin on the backside of the bar they were sitting at before standing up.

"Let me fly this hulk back to Puerto Rico, I'll let you know when she is moored at Vieques. From there we can get moving."

He looked forward to getting moving, seemed likely this could be the dawning of a new era for Congress, the return to the golden days.
